Matthew week came to an end with a trip to the theatre to watch Speed racer followed by a trip to Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament, where he enjoyed with true amazement the jousting, shattering of lances and swords clashing throughout the arena, along with the most important part to Matthew of course "FOOD". He enjoyed an a meal including Garlic bread, Tomato Bisque Soup, Roasted Chicken, Spare Rib, Her-basted Potato, Apple Pastry and 3 Pepsi's. MMMMMMM GOOOD!!! Matthew took photos with the cast and came home ready for battle with a wooden shield, sword and axe. WATCH OUT everyone, the Knight has returned!
